Happy St David's Day!

I bought some lovely daffodils this morning, especially for St David's Day, but of course they are still closed up.

So I popped across the road and took some photos of some beautiful daffodils nestled in a bed of lavender.

Best Wishes today to all my Welsh friends.

These will be lovely in a day or two

And a Mad March Hare!

  4. Oh love the daffodils. Mine just started peeking out last week, and today they are covered in snow. It'll be a little while longer for Spring to truly arrive in Boston.

  5. Thank you! (half Welsh thanks to my mum...)

We have no dafs out here yet, which really surprises me given than we're so much further south. I nearly bought some at the supermarket but resisted!

  6. It's surprising how quickly daffodils bloom - I bought a few bunches on Saturday that were all closed up and by Sunday afternoon they were a mass of flowers.
